Whipslash is a very open book of a cat, and is happy to tell you how she feels any time, and she isn't afraid to say it harshly. Her name was chosen for her sharp tongue when she joined PatchClan, and it is a badge of honor in her books. She was proud to leave the name given to her by her BeachClan parents behind when she left, and knowing that her leader would allow her to take a name that suited their Clan was an honor in and of itself. She feels indebted to the Clan for allowing her to be more free to be herself, and as such does the best she can to be the best Hearty she can. This becomes difficult at times, as she is still struggling to learn their vernacular, though she has no intentions of giving up. Some still give her strange looks when she explains that she is female, despite what her scent tells them, but unlike the traditional cats of BeachClan, they respect her freedom to be who she wants. She loves a good fight, and prefers hit and run tactics while taunting her opponents to a straight up wrestling match. When one looks deep into her heart, they see that she is a kind cat, who, despite her sharp words, usually means well. She hates to be alone and doesn't understand solitary cats very well. When she sees some cat sitting by themselves, she feels compelled to join them, especially if they seem distressed. She doesn't really know when to back off, and is notorious for holding grudges.

She has a rough scar along her left flank from falling from the crows nest, and a hole through her right ear from a claw. The tip of her tail is white.
